WISCONSIN SCHOOL CANDIDATES

We are pleased to offer online exam applications for the Wisconsin examinations. To offer this service, you will pay your examination fees using a credit card through and there will be an electronic registration fee.

Candidates that attended a licensed Wisconsin School must obtain an application from their school or use our online exam application.

OUT OF STATE & REINSTATE

Out of State and Reinstate candidates must contact the Wisconsin Board to verify they meet all requirements for licensure prior to applying for examination.
